I have worked in the personal fitness industry for over 8 years a manager for major woman's health facilities in Edmonton and Calgary. Over those years, I've sat across the table from many people who wanted to better themselves and were ready to invest a lot of time, money and energy to see their goals come to fruition. Yet in many instances, people ended up paying for gym memberships that they rarely used.

I decided that I wanted to work with people directly, helping see them through the obstacles to achieving the personal goals they had set for themselves. I love communicating with my clients throughout the day to hear about how they are doing, and helping with motivation and encouragement.
I believe that we are all uniquely created for something great - but unhealthy habits and choices can prevent us from becoming all that we were intended to be. My goal as a trainer is to help people develop a strength within themselves to find the vibrant, healthy and living energy that God wills for our lives.
What I like to do when I'm not training you:)
In 2009 I ran my first marathon. I had to overcome a lot of fear to do that, but it was so worth it. When I finished, I learned that I had qualified for the Boston Marathon. I competed at Boston in 2010 and two years later, I reached a personal best time of 3:14 at the Chicago Marathon. Next is Vancouver!
